  • Valid Membership Number to be provided at the time of reservation and will be verified at the time of check in. The hotel will cancel or amend the rate if member details are not provided prior to check in.
  • The offer is available at participating Taj, Vivanta and SeleQtions hotels only and is subject to room & rate availability.
  • All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
  • Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy and applicable rates and taxes.
  • Additional GST is applicable in respect of hotels in India. International hotels – local taxation as applicable.
  • Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered as group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or to apply special rates. In such a case, group terms and conditions as per hotel policy shall be applicable.
  • Maximum Length of stay at a hotel is 30 nights. For stays more than 30 nights approval is required from the hotel. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.
  • Black out details apply for each hotel.
  • Members are eligible to earn member points only on bookings made via Taj Website, TRW, HRO. Any bookings made on third party sites will not be eligible for member points.
  • For Ginger Hotels, stays would not be eligible to earn member points.

  • In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
