Ginger Hotels has tied up with ngpay – India’s largest Mall on Mobile – to offer room bookings. Customer can now book or cancel rooms using their mobile phones in a simple and secure manner.

Getting Started With ngpay.

Download ngpay - SMS “ngpay” to 56767 . You will receive a SMS from ngpay containing a link to download the application. Select the link and follow the instructions to download and install.

Register with ngpay - Register by providing a few personal details - Name, Mobile no, Address and a 6 digit ngpay PIN.

Booking Rooms On ngpay

Choose Ginger Hotels - Open Ginger Hotels Store (Stores ++> Explore all> Travel n Stay) in ngpay and choose the Hotel

Transact - Give your stay details and pay using a variety of payment instruments - MasterCard/ Visa Credit Cards, a few Visa Debit Cards, HDFC Bank & Axis Bank Account, Cash Cards. Very soon, you will be able to use other Bank Accounts, Cash Cards and more Debit Cards. For your convenience and quicker check-out, you can store your payment details in your secure ngpay wallet

Confirmation - On completion of the reservation a receipt with the transaction details will be generated and stored in the ngpay application. It would also be sent on email and SMS. This receipt along with a valid photo ID card needs to be displayed at the time of check-in.

Net Banking and Cash Cards

Now Ginger has started accepting payment through Net Banking and Cash Card. This means hassle-free transactions and not having to go out of your way. The following is a list of banks through which you can avail of net banking:
